Now that I knew this thing happend not only me, I came to a conclusion that KPN really steals money from people. It took them more than 3 months for my contract to cancel and even still, they repeatedly attempt to withdraw money from my account. There are many who complians about the same thing again and again. KPN is doing it delibrately.

I understand you. I got this terrible service two. KPN treat their customers like shit!! You sign a contract with them, then you need to pay even after the contract. It is so difficult to cancel it. KPN in the Netherlands, sucks

Agreed. KPN's competence and knowledge about technology is very low. All they have is good marketing. One of worst combinations that can be. It produces unsatisfied clients and money in those pockets, who do not deserve it. Their services are cheep, but quality is not even worth that.
