I did not vote for the EU. Now most people tell me I cannot join the debate anymore. This is such a bs statement. Why? Because I think a democracy that allows people like Geert Wilders to join the political arena is far from being civilized and is in itself so rotten that the only way is to not take part in that system anymore. Still I think I have the right as a human to think and debate about how we organize things in a civilized way. My political views are different from most. I believe polics/governements should worry about just 5 key issues:
1. Education
a) Free for all, selection based on ability
b) Good salary for teachers and focus on entire development of human beings
2. Infrastructure
a) Roads, water, air and public transport (trains etc) all state owned and maintained
b) Technology infrastructure
3. Economy
a) Eck's ideas
b) Government is market referee
c) Legal framework for people and businesses
4. Safety
a) Focused police force on real crime
b) EU army
c) New detention system, based on returning in society with chances to actually make it work.
5. Care
a) Healthcare for all and care for the older people
b) Care for less gifted people
Very high level and forgot lots of things, but think of a government that has no opinion on what is bad/good, but a pure on execution focused body that makes things work for the people. No religion, moral opinions etc. Just make it happen for the people..
Everything else can be done by corporations. The 5 key issues need to be adressed in the order as listed above. 1 most important and most resources go to this and so forth. This in a context of a world without borders and low tax on labor and high tax on using resources extracted from planet earth. All substances of pleasure: Alcohol, sigarettes etc. are taxed high too. A very focussed public system and politicians that defend the integrety of the system. My only thing is I dont think it should be build around most votes decide. Still thinking about who gets to vote and who doesn't ;-)
