Requirements: experience with XML handling, Unix-based systems, real Ruby (not just Rails or other DSL). Hands-on mentality, willing to learn and not averse to working at irregular times to get the job done. The position means working from home (or your local Starbucks) 4 days a week (sometimes less) and a once-a-week get-together in Amsterdam. Communication is done over Skype.
