Poverty and the bottom billion

This presentation is a must see. Paul Collier is providing some interesting insights in this debate and comes up with some good solutions. He thinks of himself as a non charismatic speaker, I disagree. He is knowledgeable, not so fashionable  and hip as he might  wants to be, but his drive and domain knowledge compensate for the lack of fluff.  It makes me think of my own behavior and position in this world, so many have nothing and I have so much. Lets not buy the JSF and give all that doekoe to the bottom billion. Lets not fight and kill with more advanced technology, but lets help others with unique knowledge and tools. Lets listen to what this man has to tell us and lets learn from disaster. Thanks Paul.
