Pressure, teamplay, dynamics, stress, result, details, last mile, roller coastert

Now IIP reaches the final stages of development and we are almost ready to kick FUGA in the market the pressure is huge. Having a bunch of people working day and night to make a dream come true is fantastic, but also very intense and stress full. We had the first big fight today about quality and details. WOW! Very happy to see this, I think it's better to get it out of your system and stand up for what you believe in, rather than keep it inside and let it rot. As a entrepreneur I am passionate about my projects and even aggressive when things don't go the way I want. Working with people always requires the talent to understand their needs and thought processes. I have found out that I can be so full of myself that sometimes I forget to listen to others, both to what they say and what they mean ;-) This adventure has learned me so many things about myself and about bringing a company to life, I feel like a different person already. I don't why I write this post, but hope to get some feedback about team dynamics in start ups and thoughts of others dealing with fast growing teams, strong characters, strong believes and passion.
