After more than 10 months of design and development we finally see the end of the tunnel. The guys from our tech teams have worked hard to get to the point where our vision becomes tangible and music companies can license their music to any channel in any format and keep control over their assets and distribution channels without having to employ an aggregator or digital service provider. Imagine you own music and you want to sell that music through all the channels on the internet that offer music to consumers and the # of channels is more than one thousend worldwide and about to grow to thousands. Their are many different models to get paid for your music: ala carte downloads (iTUNES, MSN music etc.), subscription based services (Rhapsody, Yahoo etc.), Podcast networks, Digital radio, recomandation services (Pandora, Last.FM etc.) Advertising based models (Spiral Frog etc.) and there are many different formats: MP3, AAC, MP4 etc etc. All services require different delivery specifications how on earth can you manage that without loosing control? IIP > FUGA will be born soon.
