Yahoo Music chief Dave Goldberg raised eyebrows Thursday at the Music
2.0 conference in Los Angeles with a proposal rarely heard from executives
at large digital music services: Record labels should try selling music online
without copy protection. >> newscom music blog
Gotshrimp >> Dave you are so right and brave to state this. One of the major drivers of sales in the digital music space will be the customer experience. I am reading this cool book and one of the stories is about how honest do we are and can you run a business where the customer decides to pay because he/she's asked instead of a cashregister. Nice book and cool story. I beleive that illegal filesharing will boost music sales, but only if there are enough legal services available. So instead of putting NRG in DRM, create compelling user experiences. VIVA!!
